CEACENT CBP-9ER424M is a 24-disk expansion hybri backplane specially designed for customizable storage servers by Shenzhen Jiahua Company. The product size is 427 x 167.6 x 2.5mm. It uses high-speed materials to minimize signal attenuation and interference, and also has high strength and good bending resistance. It is commonly used in small databases, enterprise informatization, medium-sized databases, enterprise informatization, IDC/ISP/ICP/ASP and other network and information operator business applications. This backplate can support up to 24 SAS4.0 disks. Among them, 8 disk slots can also support PCIe Gen5 NVMe X4 hard drives.
The board provides two power interface options for customers to choose from: a large 4Pin interface and a 2X4P interface. The default is the large 4Pin interface, which is more cost-effective. When choosing only the 2X24P interface, the power components need to be replaced without changing the PCB. Customers can make the scheme selection according to the situation. Four MCIO X8 are used to connect PCIe signals; four SFF-8654 X4 are used to connect SAS/SATA signals. Additionally, it supports hot-swapping of hard drives, allowing users to replace the hard drives online. Supports SGPIO and VPP lighting, with hierarchical power-on, and controls fan speed based on temperature.
